Welcome Cedar Creek Lake Concierge, LLC to the Neighborhood

We’d like to introduce Cedar Creek Lake Concierge, LLC and Owner, Don Boozer. Mr. Boozer was able to speak with freelance reporter Andora Henson about his new services this week.

Cedar Creek Lake Concierge service will offer great value to property owners at Cedar Creek Lake year round according to owner Don Boozer, who is recently retired now and a full-time resident of Tool.

When asked why he chose this area to create this business he said that “people I talked to said it was something that was needed in this area”. He found through conversations with property owners who live here year round and those who own property here but live elsewhere that having someone local who can tend to their property needs would be of great benefit.

Besides doing all of the tedious maintenance that no one wants to spend their vacation or free time doing like cleaning up just before leaving or spending the first day here getting supplies (such as a few groceries, preparing your coolers with ice and the beverage of your choice) and etcetera. Cedar Creek Lake Concierge service offers other services such as party planning, minor repairs, and running errands. “We are a full concierge service” for our lakeside customers.

Don explained that his service will benefit clients year round as well. “In the offseason, we can walk the property, check that everything is in order. If severe weather comes through, contact us we will do visual inspection. If damage is found we will notify you immediately. We are available year round to meet all your needs!” Services like that are valuable to a property owner as it gives a sense of security and saves time and money.

So welcome with us Cedar Creek Lake Concierge, LLC and give them a call when you’re ready to visit your vacation property. (214) 208-3059 / (214) 868-1537 Business Hours 24/7

Cedar Creek Lake

Fishing Report from TPWD (Mar. 12)

GOOD. stained; 58 degrees; 0.10 feet above pool. The bite is consistent. The hybrid and white bass deadsticking bite will be here for just a few more weeks while the water temperature increases with the warmer weather. The white bass and hybrids will be making their run into the creek arms and will settle in along shallow points and shallower water to lay their eggs for spawning. Use half ounce to 1-1/2 ounce jigs with 4-5 inch plastic flukes depending on what the winds are and drift long lengths of the lake in 22-36 feet of water. Drift at speeds of .2-.6 mph using your drift mode on your trolling motor or using drift socks. If the winds are not too bad you can just drift with the wind. Thumping on the bottom of your boat will attract fish and group them up underneath as you drift. Utilizing a splasher also works well with thumping. Try smaller sized plastics as the bite will be smaller sized baits. Look for Birds and Loons early mornings on shallow flats as the fish will come up to follow the bait and feed early especially on cloudier and colder days. The crappie bite is on docks and in creeks with minnows or jigs. Report by Brent Herbeck, Herbeck’s Lonestar Fishing Guide Service. Still shallow around creek mouths and also drifting random depths 10-40 feet with cut shad or rough fish. Water is stained and surface temps are in the mid to.high 50's lake is full. Report by Jason Barber, Kings Creek Adventures.
